A gathering of Ravens depicts imagery connected to Celtic Mythology, our old stories tell of Ravens doing so at times of loss or death, connecting these amazing birds to the tales of Cailleach, an old woman who shape shifted and feasted on the dead.There are a number Raven nesting sites close to my home, inspiring my work, creating those cliffs which the have inhabited, exploring Mood in this print.

A print depicting what is known as a thin place, a place on the earth where the spiritual and solid world are closer, where the veil between can be felt to be less. This Burial ground provokes a feeling of emotion , encouraging thoughts & meanderings of those lost, connections to the local area are familial and kept close to ancient homes and dwellings.
