My work is concerned with the human condition and is made from a deep personal exploration of vulnerability. Theatrical, articulated figures, often unsettling are derived from drawings of myself. They adopt the awkwardness and the guise of the puppet I have owned since childhood. I am searching to find understanding in the moment of making.
