Online Selling Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply to all exhibitions administered by Ironbridge Fine Arts where works are offered for sale online.

Online Purchase

All purchases made through the online exhibition platform constitute an expression of intent to buy the artwork at the listed price.

Upon notification of a sale, Ironbridge Fine Arts will contact both the artist and the buyer to initiate arrangements regarding delivery costs, dispatch times, and method of shipment.

The sale is confirmed once delivery terms and any additional costs have been agreed between the artist and the buyer.

Delivery

Where postage and packaging costs are not included within the listed sale price, additional charges will apply. These costs will be agreed directly between the artist and the buyer.

The artist is responsible for arranging appropriate packaging, insurance, and safe delivery of the artwork to the buyer.

Ironbridge Fine Arts acts solely as the exhibition administrator and sales facilitator. Responsibility for dispatch, insurance during transit, and condition upon arrival rests with the artist once the artwork leaves their possession.

Buyers are advised to inspect the artwork promptly upon arrival and notify the artist directly of any transit issues.
